I'm glad to hear the young lad was discharged later that day. I often take my kids there and constantly telling them not to run. Maybe they need to get a non slip flooring placed to help. My son did fall over once and did hit his head but luckily nothing worse than tears.

Yes not slip floor that will do it, how about some cotton wool instead of the dangerous water, kids fall, accidents happen that's life!
If people do not like the dangers out there stay at home and let the normal thrill seekers live our life's :)

Why does the Gazette consider this story to be news?
We are all glad the boy wasn't badly hurt,.but really it is too trivial.
.
Actually, the Gazette could just send a couple of reporters to sit in A & E all day collecting stories from the patients, and fill the paper that way.

I tend to agree with Boris, surely there are more newsworthy things happening across this busy town each day that a child falling and banging their head?
