Federation for Small Businesses opposes high street car ban

THE ESSEX Federation of Small Businesses has launched a campaign opposing the high street car ban.
It wants Colchester Council and Essex County Council to prove there is a business case before restricting traffic in Colchester.
A traffic expert’s report, along with a survey on the views of town centre businesses and visitors, will form the FSB's official opposition to the plans.
