YOUNGSTERS built their own city from Lego during an activity morning.
Sonic Town was created by pupils at Monkwick Infant School as part of ongoing project about buildings and geography this term.
After a session on how to build strong foundations from Sheila Wood of the Young Town Planners’ Experience the children, aged between five and six, each made their own house.
Then the group of 60-strong pupils joined forces to create a town complete with gardens and fences.
