A MAN will appear in court tomorrow charged with arson.
Simon Folkard, 39, is accused of starting a fire in a St Peter Street flat on December 13.
The blaze caused between £5-10,000 of damage and he is charged with arson with intent/reckless as to whether life was endangered.
Folkard, of no fixed address, will appear at Colchester Magistrates' Court tomorrow.
