Colchester Council take to YouTube to spread benefits message

COLCHESTER Council has started using YouTube in a bid to inform residents about impending benefits changes.
The authority has uploaded two new videos onto the social media channel about a housing benefits shake-up being launched in April.
They explain how the changes could affect the ability of residents to pay bills and rent and find the money for day-to-day living, and offers practical advice.
