Passengers are being encouraged to strike up relationships with fellow bus users this Valentines Day.

From Sunday, February 10, First Essex bus passengers will be handed a Love at First Sight card when boarding which they can trade with a stranger.

Those who form new relationships can log online for a chance to win a meal-for-two at a restaurant of their choice.

I think First should concentrate on getting their bus services running on time rather than waste money on this and also I dont think many of their drivers would get any cards given their clear lack of customer service training
