Man robbed in Colchester

A MAN was beaten up and robbed in Colchester.

The 21-year-old had withdrawn hundreds of pounds from a cashpoint when he was set upon by a gang of men.

He suffered minor injuries.

The attack happened at 9pm on Wednesday on St Christopher Road.
