How to be a good tenant training trialled in Colchester
2:59pm Monday 14th January 2013 in News
YOUNG would-be council home tenants will be trained to be good neighbours.
Colchester Borough Homes is piloting a new training session for potential new tenants to educate young people to be able to better manage a tenancy and contribute to their community.
They will be taught their rights and responsibilities and given information on how to look after their new home.
The pre tenancy training was piloted at the Colchester YMCA last week for people who are joining the waiting list.
