A CAFE has received the make-over its former owner had always dreamed of.

Mo’s Cafe, in Church Street, Tiptree, relaunched on Thursday with a new American diner themed look.

The refurbishment had been planned in detail by founder, Maureen Hogg, who died in October, aged 66, before the work could take place.

Her daughter, Hayley Kirkman, 43, took over the cafe and vowed to honour her mum’s plans.

I have not been there for 2 or 3 years now. What an awsome breakfast they serve. Will pop back after my holidays.
