AN EMERGENCY meeting will discuss development plans for Tiptree.
The village parish council has called the meeting to debate plans for a 103-home development in Grange Road.
Colchester United owns the land at the development site and has put in a planning application. Colchester Council has the final say on the plans.
Councillors will meet at the community centre in Caxton Close on Monday January 7 from 9pm as the debate follows a parish council sub-committee meeting, and residents are invited along.
