Sales recover lacklustre pre-Christmas performance

SHOPPERS have been hitting the sales in what is expected to be a post-Christmas boost for traders.

Retailers began Boxing Day sales from 7am and saw a steady number of people throughout the first two days.

Although exact figures are not available it is thought numbers were good and will help businesses make up for a lacklustre run-up to Christmas.

Why buy before christmas when you can get it half price 2 days later!
