Bottle hurled into woman's face at Colchester nightclub

A WOMAN has been struck in the face with a bottle at a Colchester nightclub.

Police were called to the Roberts nightclub, on Vineyard Street, at about 1.30am on Saturday morning.

A 31-year-old woman was taken to hospital to get stitches after she received a cut above her left eye when a bottle was hurled across the club.

Police are appealing for any witnesses to contact police at Colchester CID on 101.

Jail this kind of cowardly thug for life, they don't deserve a second chance to do the same again, someone somewhere knows something, do the descent thing and call 101!

good old friendly colchester again this is the worst year for violence in this town probably on record and yet another stat to add the dismal record of the 16th most happiest place to live in great britain.
