GRAN Sue Dawson has given the ultimate present - the gift of life.
Sue, 62, of Brinkley Crescent, Colchester, decided she wanted to help give someone the chance of a normal life.
She spent four hours having her left kidney removed and it was whisked to an anonymous recipient who had a successful operation.
