A POST office in Holland-on-Sea has been robbed by armed raiders for the second time in three months.
The masked robbers, armed with baseball bats and a stun gun, escaped with up to £25,000 from the Stratford Road post office at about 9.45am.
They took the cash after threatening a security guard, before fleeing the scene in a silver Ford Escort car.
It was later found abandoned in Madeira Road.
The men were both about 5ft 8in tall and of stocky build. One was wearing a grey hooded jacket and the other was wearing a dark blue or black hooded jacket.
The same post office was robbed of £3,300 in October. Two men were earlier this month jailed for three years for the robbery and an 19-year-old was sentenced to a young offenders' institution for three years.
Anyone with information about the incident should contact detectives at Clacton CID on 101 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
