FANCY trying seaweed ice cream in a train carriage, a vineyard, or sailing loft?
A Masterchef contestant is bringing his culinary flair to an unusual venue in Mersea.
Charlie Stocker, 21, is not only the Essex Chef of the Year runner up, but he recently won through to the quarter finals of Masterchef: The Professionals.
Now he has launched a pop-up restaurant with the next set for Mersea Island Vineyard in February 2013.
