Man charged with attempting to steal a telephone kiosk

A MAN was due to appear in court today charged with seven offences including attempting to steal a telephone kiosk.
Peter Learmonth, 24, of no fixed abode, was charged with two burglaries and thefts at properties in West Bergholt in November, possessing class B drugs, three counts of making off without payment for fuel and attempted theft of a telephone kiosk in Colchester.
He was due to appear at Chelmsford Magistrates' Court today.
