A MAN has been taken to hospital after his van overturned on the A12.
Police, fire and paramedics were called to Gun Hill, Dedham, on the northbound carriageway after the van rolled.
The driver was trapped and had to be cut free by firefighters from Colchester before being treated by paramedics and taken to Colchester General Hospital with minor injuries.
Traffic queued back several miles as a result of the carriageway being blocked just before 8am today.
