Eco-friendly driving could net you £200

COLCHESTER motorists can go in for £200 of shopping vouchers by pledging to change how they drive.

People can visit www.loveurcarcolchester.co.uk to get tips on how to drive in a more eco-friendly way and save money.

They can enter the draw for £200 of love2shop vouchers, which can be used at 20,000 shops nationwide, by vowing to make one change to how they drive.

The competition is part of the Loveurcarcolchester project, funded by government department Defra.

I was amazed to discover that a PDF one-page transcript (all text) of a film on the website weight in at 166k! But then the filename had Micro$oft Word in it. How about changing your computing habits -- if kilobytes were carbon then this website would come bottom!!!
