Firstsite's festive special event

ART, music, shopping and mince pies will be on offer at a special festive late night opening at Firstsite.


The evening at the contemporary art gallery will also include a live broadcast of The Nutcracker from the Royal Opera House.


Earlier, the popular Quire will entertain shoppers and visitors will festive music and carols.
 

The event, on December 13, runs from 6pm until 9.30pm.

Guess this means another free two page advert in the Gazette for the VAF! Now the bus station has been closed the tiny art elite will have this carbuncle all to themselves.

Funny how the gazette does not mention the problems of building vandalism and the rubbish problem. Naturally Firstsite expect the taxpayer to clean up the mess and do the repairs.
