Panto cast visit Colchester Zoo to launch 50th anniversary celebrations
A PANTO cast stopped off at Colchester Zoo to meet their new best friend - a giraffe.
Actors from the Mercury Theatre’s Jack and the Beanstalk joined giraffe Stand D Tall to launch the Zoo’s latest scheme, Stand Tall, which celebrate the Zoo’s 50th anniversary next year.
Mr Tall has been rehearsing for his role in this year’s show, which he will be seen by around 25,000 people over fifty-seven performances between Friday, December 7 and runs until Saturday, January 12.
