A CAMPAIGNER has called for better benches in Colchester’s bus stops.
Rowhedge resident Rachel Martell uses several stops in the town, including one in Queen Street.
But Mrs Martell, 69, wants to see the facilities improved to help elderly and disabled people who may have to wait for long periods of time for rural bus services.
She claims there is not enough shelter or appropriate seating which could lead to falls or injury.
