Bail extended after body found in Colchester flat

A FAMILY will have waited six months without finding out if anyone will be charged with the death of their loved one.
Tom Sadler-Smith, 26, was found dead in a flat in St Andrew’s Avenue, Colchester, in July, and his loving family just want answers and to know what happened.
A 28-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of manslaughter a week after Tom died.
He has been re-bailed again until next year while investigations continue.
Roofer Tom was discovered at his flat shortly after 8pm on July 1 and no cause of death has been revealed.
