What a silly headline!
.
It appears from the article that far from there being a water shortage (bring on the ration books!), the water was cut off temporarily.
.
My postman was very late today, shall we have a headline that the postmen have disappeared and all the mail is missing?
.
It's raining here. Maybe the banners should read "whole are plagued by damp problems".
.
Because I was waiting for the postman, and also because it was very wet outside, I didn't get my grocery shopping. Oh dear, "elderly person cut off from all food supplies!"
