Jury finds pair did conspire to injure Clacton man
TWO men are facing jail after being convicted of conspiring to commit grievous bodily harm.
Edwin Schreech-Powell and Dale Frame were found guilty by a jury of five men and seven women at Chelmsford Crown Court today.
The pair were among four men charged with conspiring to murder and conspiring to cause grievous bodily harm to Clacton nightworker Jamie Usedon, in Dudley Road, on March 15.
Screech-Powell, 30 of Garth Road, and Frame, 26, of Broxburn Drive, in South Ockendon, will be sentenced in December.
The pair were cleared of an alternative charge, conspiring to murder.
Fellow defendants Daniel Yates, 40, Araglen Avenue, in South Ockendon, and taxi driver Robert Knight, 50, Lowlands Drive, Aveley, were cleared on both counts.
