Burglars "disturbed" after breaking into Wivenhoe home

WOULD-BE burglars forced their way into a Wivenhoe home.

Police believe the suspects, who forced open conservatory doors at a home in Vanessa Drive, may have been disturbed as they did not steal anything.

Anyone with information about the incident, which took place between November 1 and last Thursday, should contact Pc Mark Peacock at Colchester police station on 101, or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
