Carers wanted to give short breaks to disabled children
2:54pm Monday 12th November 2012 in News
CARERS are wanted to offer short breaks to children with disabilities.
Essex County Council wants to find people who can provide regular overnight breaks or day care after school, at weekends, or in school holidays for children aged from birth to 18.
The break allows parents to recharge their batteries or to concentrate their attention on other children in the family, while their child makes new friendships and enjoys new activities outside of their family circle.
