Villagers invited to ward surgery

VILLAGERS from Thorrington, Frating, Elmstead Market and Great Bromley will be able to lobby their councillors at a ward surgery.
Rosemary Heaney and Fred Nicholls are holding the session at Elmstead Community Centre on November 10 from 10am to 12pm and residents are welcome to call in to air their views.
