A CHARITY gig has raised more than £1,000.
Indie band Stalker headlined the concert at Colchester Arts Centre and £1,055 has been donated to the Lexden Springs 100,000 Smiles appeal.
The appeal, which is supported by the Gazette, aims to raise £100,000 to pay for a play area for the school in Halstead Road, Colchester.
