A fraudster is being hunted by police after using a fake passport to withdraw more than £100 from another person’s bank account.
Police want to speak to the man pictured in connection with incident, which took place in Great Dunmow on Tuesday, March 20.
The same man later attempted to transfer a five-figure sum of cash out of the same account.
Officers also believe the man made similar enquiries at banks in Frinton and Colchester on Monday, March 19.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Serious Economic Crime Unit on 101 quoting crime reference 42/40906/18 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
