TWO men were arrested and a suspected haul of cannabis seized after officers executed a warrant in Wivenhoe.
Acting on intelligence officers from the North Operation Raptor team and Colchester Community Policing team executed a warrant at a house in The Nook on Thursday.
They searched the property and seized a number of items including a suspected haul of the Class B drug cannabis, knives, cash and various drug paraphernalia.
Two men, aged 16 and 26, were arrested on suspicion of possession of a Class B drug with intent to supply.
Detective Sergeant Andy Stott of the North Operation Raptor team said: “We will continue to act on all information we receive in relation to drug-related crime.
“So, if you are aware of drug dealing in your community act now and tell us.”
Both men have been released under investigation while enquiries continue.
