£1,400 bill for letting dogs annoy neighbours
A DOG breeder who infuriated neighbours by allowing her animals to bark constantly has been ordered to pay more than £1,400 by a court.
Marilyn Winyard, of Malting Road, Peldon, was fined a total of £750 and ordered to pay £650 court costs and a £55 victim surcharge when she appeared at Colchester Magistrates’ Court.
After the hearing one neighbour, who asked to remain anonymous, told the Gazette noise had been an issue for a number of years.
