Sgt Dave Wright
I have been a police officer for 22 years, 18 of which has been as a sergeant. During my service , I have worked mainly in uniform, carrying out response and community aspects of policing. I have now taken over as the Neighbourhood Policing Team Sergeant for Braintree, Witham and Halstead, which I have previous experience working in these area's as the community/neighbourhood policing Sergeant. I am fortunate to have a good team of officers and PCSO staff, that feel as passionate as I do about the service we provide.
