- I am one of your dedicated Neighbourhood Constables for St Andrews and St Anne’s. I joined Essex Police in 2001 and spent the first seven years of my career on the response teams of Chelmsford. The remainding service has been spent on Neighbourhood policing teams where I been concentrating on reducing crime, anti-social behavior, delivering community engagement and public reassurance. Since my move here in March 2012, my goals are still the same and I hope to get to know a few faces on the neighbourhood. During my time here I will be working closely with the community and partner agencies to resolve issues that are important to you and I am committed to make St Andrews and St Anne’s a safer place to live, visit and work. If you have any questions or concerns, or if you need any advice relating to these matters, please feel free to contact me.
