(Tendring District) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Consolidation)(Amendment No.61) Order 201*
Notice is hereby given Colchester Borough Council
acting on behalf of the North Essex Parking Partnership
in exercise of the delegated powers of the traffic authority
Essex County Council granted under an Agreement dated
31 March 2011 proposes to make the above Order under
Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4 (1), 4(2), 32, 35,45,46,49 and
53 and Parts III and IV of schedule 9 of the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To revoke no waiting at any time and replace with no
waiting/no loading at any time on the following lengths
of road in the District of Tendring
Road Description
Hadleigh Road –
Clacton on Sea
Cloes Lane –
Clacton on Sea
Both sides from a point level with the
south west facing corner of number 2
Hadleigh Road to the junction with
Cloes Lane
Both sides from a point level with
the east facing corner of number 8
Hadleigh Road to the junction with
Ruaton Drive
2. To introduce no stopping 8am-4pm except buses on
the following length of road in the District of Tendring

This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County
Council (Tendring District) (Permitted Parking Area and
Special Parking Area) (Consolidation) Order 2008 by
substituting tile numbers TM190 162 to revision 4,
TM160 185 to revision 2, TM145 142 to revision 1,
TM240 210 to revision 4, TM235 210 to revision 5,
TM155 157 to revision 5, TM160 157 to revision 2,
TM160 155 to revision 2, TM150 137 to revision 2,
TM175 222 to revision 2, TM195 162 to revision 3,
TM190 162 to revision 4 & TM235 307 to revision 3
and inserting tile number TM145 140.
Further Details: A copy of the proposed Orders with
plans showing the specified lengths of roads, a Statement
of Reasons for proposing to make the Orders and a copy
of the Order to be amended may be inspected during
normal office hours at Essex Highways, County Hall,
Chelmsford, CM1 1QH, Tendring District Council, Town
Hall, Station Road, Clacton on Sea, CO15 1SEA or at
