Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council has
received a planning application from Mr P Cooper for the change of
use of Building 10, Spring Farm, Colchester Road, Wix, CO11 2RN
to a waste recycling centre (sui generis) – ESS/04/18/TEN
The proposed development may not accord with the provisions of the
Essex and Southend-on-Sea Waste Local Plan (2017) and/or Tendring
Local Plan (2007) in force in the area which the land to which the
application relates is situated.
Members of the public may inspect a copy of the application and
other documents submitted with it online at www.essex.gov.uk/
viewplanning or at Essex County Council at the below address (please
call for an appointment on 03330 139808).
Consultation on this application is open until 30 March 2018.

Notice is hereby given Colchester Borough Council acting on behalf
of the North Essex Parking Partnership in exercise of the delegated
powers of the traffic authority Essex County Council granted under an
Agreement dated 31 March 2011 proposes to make the above Order
under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4 (1), 4(2), 32, 35,45,46,49 and 53 and
Parts III and IV of schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
Effect of the order:

to revision 5, TM160 157 to revision 2, TM160 155 to revision 2,

to revision 3, TM190 162 to revision 4 & TM235 307 to revision 3
and inserting tile number TM145 140 .
Further Details: A copy of the proposed Orders with plans showing
the specified lengths of roads, a Statement of Reasons for proposing
to make the Orders and a copy of the Order to be amended may be

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic)
Order 2018
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made
the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation
Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close those lengths of Heath
Road, Mistley and Windmill Road, Bradfield in the District of Tendring,
from the junction with Straight Road to the junction with Harwich
Road, a distance of approximately 1097m. The closure is scheduled
to commence on 12th March 2018 for 5 days, or where stated on
a valid permit (BC005CC11W00000IBT3L8KX1 – BT). The scheduled
dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing
and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for
the safety of the public and workforce while cabling works are
undertaken by BT.
An alternative route is available via Straight Road, Steam Mill Road,
Heath Road, The Street, Station Road, Ship Hill, Brickmans Hill,
Jenkins Hill, Harwich Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 2nd March 2018 and may continue
in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed,
whichever is the earlier.
