Licensing Act 2003 Notice of Application for a New Premises Licence


Nasser Akbareian is applying for the grant of a new Premises Licence for, 123 Hythe Hill, Colchester, CO1 2NP to allow for, the sale of alcohol from 07.00 hours to 22.00 hours, Monday to Sunday inclusive.

Any person wishing to make a representation in relation to this licence application must do so in writing, including their name and address by no later than the 26th July 2012 to, the Licensing and Enforcement Manager, Colchester Borough Council, Licensing Authority at Licensing Team, PO BOX 889, Rowan House, Sheepen Road, Colchester, CO3 3WG.

The register of Licensing applications can be inspected between 09.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday at the offices of Colchester Borough Council, Angel Court, High Street, Colchester.
 
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. Any person doing so may be liable to a fine on conviction or up to £5,000.
