has applied in respect of The Oyster Sheds, Coast Road, West Mersea. for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for:
Sale of alcohol. Mon to Sun. 11.00am to 23.00pm
Opening Hours Mon to Sun. 10.00am to Midnight.

Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 17th April 2012, to the Colchester Borough Council Licensing Authority at PO Box 889, Town Hall, Colchester, CO1 1FL where the register of Licensing applications can be inspected between 09.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday.

It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is, £5000.
