DAVID CYRIL SMITH Passed away suddenly on February 6th aged 54. Much loved Son, Husband, Brother, Dad and Grandad. Forever in our hearts. Funeral to be held at Greenacres Chiltern, Potkiln Road, Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire, HP9 2XB. Family flowers only. Donations to British Heart Foundation. Sadly missed by all.
