FIELD Derek James Aged 76 years. Died peacefully on April 12th 2014 in St Elizabeth Hospice. Husband to Mary, Father to Richard and Jacquie, Grandad to Lucy and Harry, little Brother to Michael and Julia, Father-in-Law to Jane and Gary. Celebration of Derek’s life to be held at Seven Hills Crematorium, Nacton on Monday, April 28th at 12.45pm. Family flowers only, but if wished donations payable to FSH Donations Account, to be divided between MND Society Suffolk branch and St Elizabeth Hospice, may be left at the service or sent c/o Farthing Singleton & Hastings, 650 Woodbridge Road, Ipswich, IP4 4PW.
