A MAN is hospital after being slashed across the face in a knife-point robbery.
The victim was approached by two men in an alley between Magdalen Road and Lodge Close, Clacton, at about 10am today.
The robbers slashed his face when he refused to hand over his cash or phone.
The Clacton man, who is in his 40s, was taken to hospital.
One of the attackers was white and and rode a mountain bike. The other was black, aged 35-40, and wore grey shorts and an off-white T-shirt with Nike on the front.
Anyone with information should contact Clacton police.
