A MAN was beaten up by three other men in Colchester town centre.
The 36-year-old man was walking near to St Botolph’s roundabout, in Colchester at about 9.30pm last night when he was set upon.
His mobile phone was stolen.
He suffered cuts and bruises to his head and face during the assault and was treated at hospital.
The first suspect is described as white, in his mid to late 30s, about 5ft 9in tall, of slight build, short brown spikey hair, clean shaven and with a Mediterranean complexion.
He was wearing a short-sleeved, striped t-shirt and dark trousers.
A second man is in his 30s, of stocky build, about 6ft tall with light-coloured shaved hair and was wearing a long-sleeved light grey top, The third man, in his late 30s, was of medium build, about 5ft 8in tall and wearing a black flat cap and brown leather bomber jacket.
