DARTS ace Bobby George has cut the price of his selfbuilt mansion by £1million.
The arrows ace and his wife Marie put George Hall, in Ardleigh, on the market for £3.5million last March, saying they are too old to manage it.
But after only attracting a small number of viewings, the couple have decided to reduce the asking price to £2.5million.
They hope a businessman will see the 18-bedroom home in the shape of dart flights as an ideal conversion opportunity.
Bobby, 68, said he does not want timewasters booking up to view the property.
He said: “We can’t have people here who just want to come around and say: ‘What has he got?’ Anyone serious about it can talk to the agent.”
