A MAN has denied a wounding and offensive weapon charge in relation to an incident in St Botolph’s Street, Colchester.
Stuart Fazakerley, 29, is alleged to have wounded Matthew Fearn on July 9, 2012, and carrying a broken bottle on the same date.
Fazakerley, of no fixed address, was remanded in custody when he appeared at Chelmsford Crown Court and will stand trial in March.
