A LIBRARIAN was subjected to a foul-mouthed tirade after turning off a customer’s internet access.
Ian Targett, 27, of Agate Road, Clacton, was using his girlfriend’s library card in Clacton Library, which is not permitted.
Targett admitted threatening behaviour at Colchester Magistrates’ Court yesterday.
He was fined £100 and ordered to pay £105 costs.
