3:28pm Wednesday 23rd October 2013 in News
A COLCHESTER charity is holding two events to help older people stay warm in the winter.
Age UK Colchester has organised the sessions, which will take place on Tuesday, October 29 and Friday, November 1.
The first session will be held at St Matthew’s Hall, in Harwich Road, while the November event will be held at Globe House, in George Street.
Both events will run between 10am and 3pm.
Each will include information on keeping warm and electric blanket testing.
For every blanket which does not pass the electrical safety test, a replacement will be given out.
