A FOODBANK is preparing to honour its volunteers at an awards ceremony.
Colchester Foodbank will celebrate its hard-working community at its upcoming King's Award Presentation event.
The award will be presented by Lord Lieutenant Jennifer Tolhurst at a ceremony during the afternoon of Friday, April 12, at the foodbank's premises located in Stanway.
The event is set to recognise and appreciate the dedicated service of the volunteers.
The King's Award is the UK's highest accolade for voluntary services.
