A TEAM of football legends are preparing to take a trip down memory lane as part of a reunion tour which is headed to Colchester.
Colchester Rugby Club is set to host a special night for Spurs fans as stars of Tottenham Hotspur's 1984 UEFA Cup-winning team prepare to reunite.
Seven members of the stellar team will be coming together for their 40th-anniversary celebration on May 16.
Many Spurs fans who attend will remember the eventful two-legged final between defending champions Anderlecht of Belgium and the Lilywhites.
Tottenham went on to win 4–3 on penalties after the tie finished 2–2 on aggregate.
Among the confirmed attendees are club legends Tony Parks, Graham Roberts, Paul Miller, Mark Falco, Tony Galvin, Micky Hazard and Ally Dick.
It has also been confirmed Gary Mabbutt and Steve Perryman will be making an exclusive and one-off appearance at the Colchester leg of the tour.
The event offers fans a chance to meet and greet their heroes, take some photos with the legends and listen to a live Q&A Session.
Attendees can enter the venue from 7pm until the night ends at 11pm.
